Today, we dedicate this post to The South China Tiger, an endangered species on the brink of extinction. We here at LA Pizza Knights would like to express our gratitude to the animals of the earth, as humanity could not exist without such a complex biodiversity of all life. Do what you can to raise awareness of the danger of losing a species forever. Now onto our regular post.
Pizza Knights Review #4: Ray's Famous Pizzeria
For this review, we stop by the local pizza joint known as 'Ray's Famous Pizzeria'. As usual, prices are higher than that of Little Caesars, but sometimes, you have to pay a little more for the good quality of food.
And indeed, is the pizza here at Ray's worth every penny. The interior has a nice vintage feel, even including two Arcade game machines, even though not functional at the moment, gave off a retro feel a gamer could compare with.
Today, we give Ray's Famous Pizzeria an LA Pizza Knight award, which shows that a pizzeria has gone above and beyond with its pizza. We give Ray's the 'Best Cheese' Award, for its mouth watering cheese that can't be beaten anywhere else here in Los Angeles.

And now for the Review. The slices are easy to pull apart, which is important if you want your cheese to stay intact. Noted that the pizza lacked sauce, but made up for it with its cheese. The cheese is easy to tear, and yet, you can find yourself chewing on it for longer than other brands, and the after taste that it leaves in your mouth will leave you desperately wanting more of it.The Crust is easy to eat as well, unlike Little Caesars crust, which is hard to chew on half the time.
All in all, Ray's Famous Pizzeria is the place to go to for some of the best pizza in Los Angeles. Be sure to bring an appetite.
